1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service govern your use of benrush.me and any services purchased through this site, including Paterson LifePlan facilitation and church consulting engagements. By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. These services are provided by Ben Rush, operating as a sole proprietor based in Texas.

2. Services

Ben Rush offers the following services:

• Paterson LifePlan Facilitation: a one-on-one, two-day intensive facilitated by Ben Rush as a Certified Paterson LifePlan Facilitator.
• Church Consulting: diagnostic, governance, and fractional executive engagements for churches and ministry organizations.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each engagement are confirmed prior to payment. Nothing in these terms should be construed as a guarantee of specific outcomes.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. Ben Rush does not store your payment card information.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment plans, where offered, are structured as recurring charges on the schedule agreed upon at time of purchase.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

LifePlan Facilitation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your LifePlan, please contact Ben at least 14 days before your scheduled dates. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be accommodated at Ben's discretion.

Consulting Engagements. For project-based engagements, work completed to date is non-refundable. For monthly retainers, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period.

5. Confidentiality

What you share in a LifePlan or consulting engagement stays between us. Ben Rush will not disclose the content of your sessions or engagements to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Not a Licensed Counselor

Ben Rush is a pastor, consultant, and Paterson LifePlan Facilitator. He is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health professional. The services offered on this site are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on benrush.me, including text, design, and written materials, is the property of Ben Rush. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission. Your LifePlan Playbook is yours. Written materials produced as part of your engagement belong to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ben Rush's liability for any claim arising from services provided through this site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Ben Rush is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

Ben Rush may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
